Dr. Dennis Carlson
Chiropractor & Family Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Carlson has served patients in Killeen since 2005. He graduated from Texas Chiropractic College with a BS in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic. In addition, Dr. Carlson completed a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nursing several years after his chiropractic education and is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He’s also a Fightin’ Texas Aggie, having completed his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University with BA in Biology.
Dr. Carlson was raised in Edinburg in the Rio Grande Valley, but loves to call Central Texas home with his wife and kids.
Dr. Josh Gates
Chiropractor
Dr. Joshua Gates has practiced chiropractic care in Killeen since 2004. He graduated from Texas Chiropractic College with a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Gates attended Texas A&M University-College Station and Corpus Christi State University (now Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi) for his undergraduate education. He received a BA in Communications.
He is a Texas native, born and raised in Corpus Christi where his family founded the world famous Gates Donut Shop.
